Boston Common

Living in one of the oldest parts of the country, Susan designs a quilt reminiscent of an older, forgotten time when Ben Franklin was walking the streets of Boston.

"Play Ball!" Table Runner
Designed with a talented young man in mind who lives and breathes the sport of baseball, the blocks were chosen very methodically to reflect the game.  The talented young man: my nephew, Daniel.

Highlands March
This quilt was designed right before my family and I moved from the lowlands of Massachusetts to the highlands of Colorado.  It shows a pathway of sorts, reminiscent of the different roads we take throughout our lives.  We've added a touch of whimsy to this quilt with 3-dimensional prairie points in blue.  It is a fun design that is easy to make with a not-so-traditional look.
And Coming Soon . . .
Sadako's Prayer
An introduction of gorgeous fabrics from Kona Bay, this quilt was designed with Sadako's desire for world peace in mind, following the devastation at Hiroshima.
Look for this quilt and FREE pattern in the March 2008 issue of Asian Fabric Magazine!

Sewing Frenzy
If you love to sew, and we know you do, stay tuned for this whimsical play on our craft of sewing.  A fun, funky design made with designer Heather Bailey's Freshcut Line by FreeSpirit.

Take a Break
We forget to do it sometimes, during our busy week-long days . . . so sit down, put your feet up and snuggle under this delightful quilt, full of interesting blocks of all kinds.  It's sure to put a smile on your face.

Posies-by-the-Dozen
Pretty vintage fabrics make up this pieced and appliqued design.  If you have a nice sized stash of 1930's reproduction prints like we do, this will surely help you dive into it with gusto.

"Let's Do Lunch!"
Another use of applique using a variety of retro fabrics make up this design.  It is one quilt you will be proud to show off to your stylish, best girlfriends!

Fancie Kisses
Want a quilt with a fresh, clean look?  One you'd like to add to your antique or vintage bed for that relaxed, pretty feel?  Then this quilt will surely fit your needs.

Hearts-a-Flutter
With a playful, vintage step back, designer Urban Chiks' Swell Line by Moda, is used in this darling love-themed quilt made up of appliqued heart blocks, a center medallion, and a pretty applique-embellished edged border.
